Any crumpets? edit

If not I’ll settle for a scone, Earl Grey, two limes & a shot of Irish whiskey. I Call it the Blimey Limey. Thank you for the invitation, you are most kind, Mr. Wikipedia-Bot. It’s like I’ve said all along, “more robots, less humans.” FoxFactChechChick (talk) 16:40, 5 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Disruptive editing edit

Your editing appears to be primarily disruptive. For instance, talk pages are not places for rambling diatribes, they are for discussion of the article. If you want to contribute positively, please read the introductory material on editing and be serious about it. Or leave. Brianyoumans (talk) 17:47, 5 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Actually, Brian, I quite agree with your opinion here. I had just watched the documentary and was ready to rent. Please excuse, and I’ll save my diatribes for face back! Thanks for your feedback and patience. edit

“The Secret” Dude. I am suffering from a mental block on his name, except I know the word “Ray” is in there somewhere! I certainly hope these helpful tête-à-tête talks Aren’t available to the public! P.S. Today is my first day on Wikipedia. I have always longed to be a writer and an editor, and I am inspired by the superb talent and professionalism I see here. I have a long way to go I have a lot to learn. That’s sort of why I chose the name FOXNewsChechChick, because, (may I have one last mini-rant?) in my experience, they are not known for accurate fact checking, nor spelling! P.S. Can I get sued for this? FoxFactChechChick (talk) 18:05, 5 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

    • I don't think anyone is going to sue you for using "Fox" in a user name. Welcome to Wikipedia! But please try to edit more carefully! I find it is interesting to research and write new articles - you might find the list of suggested new articles and see what appeals to you. Even if the article is minor, it gives you a real sense of contributing to add a new article to Wikipedia. Or, you could look at any of the other lists of suggested tasks. “Ray Rant” spelling correction edit

I’m not sure how to go back and look at my previous talk. Please advise. I believe I misspelled (sp?) the word Facebook and please change rent to rant.

Alas, ladies and gents, I am unfortunately down to an iPhone 7, long story of forgotten passwords. I am using auto text for I have trouble typing with such little letters on the keyboard. I know I have more excuses than Carter has little liver pills. (Citation?) I’m 59 years old. I remember when there were only two humongous computers in the nation, one at NASA and the other at the Pentagon! (Citation) That’s the story I heard. I couldn’t google it back then for obvious reasons. Please have mercy and patience, for I am not leaving unless I get kicked out. Thank you, you guys are my teachers whether you like it or not. Gracias! ;-) FoxFactChechChick (talk) 19:30, 5 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
