@Cahk: He has removed it after your warning. But, because I'm not a native English speaker, I'm not comfortable with WP:AN3RR or WP:RESTRICT. There is probably a multiple account abuse too with Forcian2 but, once again, I'm kind of lost in WP:SPI.
