You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Lawrence R. Goldfarb. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Slon02 (talk) 23:16, 28 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Lawrence Goldfarb

Hi - I closed the report at the noticeboard - as I read it , the only action that was going to be likely taken was to restrict your account. Please use the Talk:Lawrence R. Goldfarb and stop the reverting. You will need to find reliable and independent sources WP:RS to suggest additions. As an account solely focused on this person Please avoid appearances of WP:COI - if you have one, its better if you don't edit the article at all and simply post your suggestions for article improvement on the talkpage for uninvolved users to assess - thanks Youreallycan 16:55, 13 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Wow. Fail. You tried to get me banned, and only got me praised. I should thank you. I think you owe me an apology. --Popandlockitfool (talk) 17:49, 13 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Did you even read the discussion over at the admin board you started to try and get me banned? hahahahahahahahha..... --Popandlockitfool (talk) 20:17, 13 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Picture rights

Hi - I was looking at this pic http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Lawrence_Goldfarb.jpg - you are asserting it is your "own work" , what do you mean by that? It clearly is a copy and paste from somewhere, are you the owner of the copyrights or the photographer of the picture? - Youreallycan 21:38, 20 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Managing a conflict of interest

edit

  Hello, Feversleeved. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Lawrence R. Goldfarb, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 01:42, 31 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
