re: Category:German diplomat stubs

Hello, just letting you know that after you created Category:German diplomat stubs in March (!) you apparently forgot to remove the {{in use}} template. This listed it at Category:Pages actively undergoing a major edit. I've removed the template so all is good.--220 of Borg 01:11, 20 July 2014 (UTC)

Deletion discussion about Benn Steil

Hello, Fadesga,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Benn Steil should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Benn Steil .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Disambiguation link notification for July 28

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Richard Cockett, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Michael Williams. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Future year categories

I've nominated a number of categories for future years for upmerge to existing century and millennium articles, on the grounds that the base year article does not and should not yet exist. See Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2014 July 28#Future categories and Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2014 July 28#2073 in fiction.

I also noticed you have clearly incorrect sort keys for some of the new (and old) categories. Basically, the purpose of the sort keys is to get the categories in chronological order. In Category:Works about the future and Category:History in fiction (for which I question the presence of future millennia), it should either be unkeyed, or perhaps have the 4th millennium have key 3XXX, and the 10th and 11th millennia should have different keys to force the sort order correct. Similarly in Category:Millennia in the future, and other categories which have future millennia. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 09:20, 28 July 2014 (UTC)
