Re your message: The article was deleted for lack of notability, not for permission issues, though the permission issues is a valid concern. While you say that you received permission to post the article, you must follow the directions at Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission in order to clarify that permission. However, as I stated before, the overriding issue is one of notability. The copy of the article did not state why Nahum Neal Bedein is notable. Having been "well known for his positive attitude and ability to make people happy" nor being the brother of a notable individual does not make one notable. Please also note that Wikipedia is not a memorial site. I see that you attempted to file a Deletion Review of my deletion of the article. Unfortunately, you did not file the review correctly. You are welcome to re-file the review following the instructions. You may also recreate the article if you can establish Nahum Neal Bedein's notability. I do not recommend reposting a copy of the memorial written by his brother even if you have permission as such content is not an appropriate encyclopedia article. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 16:25, 6 January 2011 (UTC)
