Update of Company

edit

In February 2014, BR Par Venture Partners announced the sale of its main portfolio companies to KBW Investments Limited, the investment firm led by His Royal Highness Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, and the transaction was covered by multiple specialized media vehicles, from local leading economic newspapers such as Valor Econômico to Wall Street Journal in New York.

In 2015, after concluding the transition of management of the portfolio to KBW Investments Limited, Mr. Ferreira accepted a transitional position in the Board of Officers of KBW Investments Limited in Dubai, as Chief Strategy Officer.

After divergences with the management of KBW Investments Limited, Mr. Ferreira decided to leave the company in October 2015 to dedicate himself to trading activities and research.

Mr. Ferreira resides in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and has no common interests with KBW Investments since 2015.
