There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing. Additionally, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for your contributions to Wikipedia, you must disclose who is paying you to edit.

If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:

  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.

If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block. To do so, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page, replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason for thinking that the block was an error, and publish the page. -Pete Forsyth (talk) 03:05, 7 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please Unblock My Account

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

My account is not for advertising, nor am I being paid to make changes on Wikipedia. My account does not represent a business, nor am I a sock-puppet to any account. I believe this block was made in error, and I'd appreciate it if you would please unblock me. Thank you. Also, Peteforsyth is being a real pain. Please have a talk with him, because he keeps accusing me of being a sock-puppet. He gets away with it and is being paid. It's not okay and it needs to end NOW. I'm sick and tired of this user always being over my head and accusing me of something that's not even true. I want you to fire him and never let him work here again, (Redacted).

Decline reason:

This is a clear and obvious sock account. Additionally with the comments left in this request I am also removing talk page access at this time. RickinBaltimore (talk) 19:03, 7 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I wanted to add to what Rick said and offer some actionable advice. I recommend you read Wikipedia:Guidance for younger editors and reflect on your behavior in this unblock request and previous accounts. On Wikipedia, indefinite blocks do not mean endless. We would like you to come back and contribute productively, but you need to show us that you have matured and can work well with others. This unblock request does not demonstrate that. To be unblocked you need to show that you can follow our policies and respect your fellow volunteers. Using multiple accounts to get around a block and insulting others who try to maintain the encyclopedia are the opposite of what you should be doing. I hope you take some time to reconsider your approach and I look forward to a request in the future which shows you are ready to contribute positively. Wug·a·po·des 19:31, 7 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for these words Wugapodes, I agree very much with what you say. This user clearly has a great deal of talent and passion to bring to Wikipedia, and I do hope that at some time he will make a fresh go of things. -Pete Forsyth (talk) 23:16, 7 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:House of Mouse Logo.png

edit

The file File:House of Mouse Logo.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Superseded by c:File:Disney's House of Mouse logo.svg.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 03:19, 7 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
