G'day Ezza. I'm a little troubled by the link to your "Kelpie Collie" article in the "Australian Kelpie" page. Admitting that I don't own the Australian Kelpie page, it does appear that the "Kelpie-Collie" page was written for your ego.

Before writing this, I sought advice from sannse who has served on the Arbitration Committee and is currently active in the dog breeds Wikiproject. Sannse feels that there is no real distinction between Kelpie-Collies and any of the thousands of other cross-breeds. "If the article were referenced more fully and showed that there was a specific breeding program to develop this into a breed, then that would be a different story. But at the moment it seems to be unreferenced and not giving good evidence of notability."

As well, I feel that you may wish to check out the vanity essay.

I am not going to remove your link -- 'tho someone else might -- because, as Sannse says "...while the article exists, it's correct to link it."

BTW, the protocol for these discussions is that you reply on this page, but you can copy that reply to my talk page. Gordon | Talk, 28 May 2006 @2:48 UTC

I have added Reference needed and cleanup tags to your article Kelpie Collie, however I really dont think that article is needed on wikipedia. If you really have solid information about the crossbreed and you think it is notable enough to be on wikipedia, please reference the information. Otherwise I will be nominating it for deletion. Please reply on MY talk page as well as here. skorpion 03:40, 2 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Your article was deleted. To see why go here: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kelpie Collie

These images were in the article and I thought you might like to keep them:

Orphaned public domain images

edit

The following images were uploaded by you, but are currently not in use. They have been tagged as public domain (PD), either as PD-self or other PD claim. These unused PD images may be subject to deletion as orphans. You may wish to add them to an article, tag them for copying to WP commons {{Copy to Wikimedia Commons}} or if they are no longer needed, they can be tagged for deletion by you as {{db-author}}. If you have any questions, please leave me a note on my talk page. --Gay Cdn (talk) (Contr.) 01:22, 12 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

File Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:Lastscanerinsmith.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. ▫ JohnnyMrNinja 01:10, 14 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Thank you, for uploading this file.

However, as part of ongoing efforts to ensure all media on English Wikipedia is correctly licensed and attributed it would be appreciated if you were able to confirm some details,

If it's your own work, please include {{own}}, amend the {{information}} added by a third party, and change the license to an appropriate "self" variant. You can also add |claimed=yes to the {{media by uploader}} tag if it is present to indicate that you've acknowledged the image, and license shown (and updated the {{information}} where appropriate).

If it's not your own work please provide as much sourcing/authorship information as you are able to.

This will assist those reviewing the many many "free" images on commons that have not yet been transfered to Commons. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 20:33, 31 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
