SPI for Daver's dynamic IP addresses

I'm not sure if you can do this-although I'm no expert-why not ask an admin who might know? I can however interpret the tediously long dispute I had with dave r and all of his sock and meatpuppets. Note that Zafio (another of his) dropped by to make some edits a day or two back.FelixFelix ^talk 07:49, 15 July 2011 (UTC)
