Proposed deletion of Dog Cafe

edit

The article Dog Cafe has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable, and article is only 2 sentences.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. hi, welcome to NRHP, thanks about Roscoe house

edit

Hi! Welcome to wikiproject NRHP, from a longtime member! And thanks for contributing to the Roscoe Conkling House article, which i started and edited back in 2007-2008. Glad to see another new editor with connections in the upstate new york area, and glad to hear about that house being preserved, too. I myself contributed to filling out a lot of National Register of Historic Places listings in Syracuse, New York a while back. Happily for you, perhaps, National Register of Historic Places listings in Oneida County, New York is mostly needing photographs. Anything you can contribute, snapshots or other photos, and that you can contribute in writing text, would be most appreciated! cheers, --doncram 23:54, 24 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi again, got your message. Look again, Rutger-Steuben Park Historic District does seem to be item #48 in the Oneida County list. One alternative, if you have a bunch of photos about one house in the district, is to open a section in the district article about the house, and place photos there, perhaps using a "gallery". If there is a good amount of info about a contributing property in a district, it is also possible to start a separate article about it. And there is a variation of the NRHP infobox which can be used for that. Your call. I'll watch the historic district article now and will probably notice whatever you do. Please do feel free to ask me anything, but also you can feel free to post at the WikiProject NRHP talkpage, shortcut wt:NRHP. I would definitely see any posting you make there, and you'd also reach other interested editors.  :) --doncram 00:27, 25 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
Glad to see you figured out how to do galleries, i see your additions to Mappa Hall and to Holland Patent Railroad Station(?). Great! I am not gonna notice everything u do; it happens i was just curious enough about your addition of a photo at the Oneida county list-article, to click on its railroad station article. Keep up the good work! --doncram 22:19, 23 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
