Proposed deletion of List of shopping malls in the Southern Hemisphere edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article List of shopping malls in the Southern Hemisphere, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Titles edit

Titles of albums are italicized. Songs go in quotation marks. SEE: MOS:TITLE. > Best O Fortuna (talk) 06:50, 29 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

For which addition do you want me to add a reference? User:epronk Epronk (talk) 04:39, 16 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
I made additions about contributions on albums. What is a good reference? Can link to amazon or record label of artist?
The page about Tineke Postma is a translation of the Dutch page. I'll try to add references.
Any additions that you make, but all that you make to Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons (Esperanza Spalding, Tineke Postma, Terri Lyne Carrington). It is just a good habit to do. You had to read/hear/see it somewhere, why not just add that reference when you add the material?
If it came from an album do this:
  • <ref>{{citation |author=Doe, John (artist); and Jane Doe (producer) |title=Title of track |journa=Title of Album |chapter=liner notes |volume=record label catalog number |publisher=Record company |date=date of release or year=year of release }}</ref>
For more fields see: Template:Citation
I don't know why people don't know that the can use an album/CD/DVD/TV program, etc., for a citation. They all have writers, corporations, dates, catalog numbers, etc.

Example edit

Here is an example:

James Fenner did the percussion for the track "Trademark" on the Eric Johnson album Ah Via Musicom.[1]

References edit

URLs edit

PS: About URL links to other sites. I don't personally like adding URLs. Why? Because half of them will be busted within two years. Some people on here only add the URL as a reference and nothing else (author, title, publication, date, etc.) But, many websites die, but even the one that are around for the long term, like CNN, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, etc., etc., routinely move the webpage that an article is located at. So, even if the site itself is not gone two years from now, the page might be gone or moved to a new page. So, if the only thing that you use for a reference is the URL, then the reference is gone. But, if you add author, title, pub, date, etc., then somebody else down the road can use those data points to "re-find" the article in question. As for particular websites, websites that are trying to sell something, like Amazon are discouraged, please see: Wikipedia:External links#Links normally to be avoided. Allmusic.com and allaboutjazz.com are okay. The record company sites are okay (they often move webpages around). > Best O Fortuna (talk) 07:26, 16 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of The Mosaic Project (album) edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on The Mosaic Project (album), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. AKS (talk) 12:34, 4 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Removing Speedy at The Mosaic Project (album) edit

Welcome to Wikipedia, thank you for taking the time to create a page here. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you created yourself. Because Wikipedia policy does not allow the creator of the page to remove deletion tags, an automated program has replaced the deletion tag you removed from The Mosaic Project (album). Please do not continue to remove the deletion tag, instead, if you disagree with the deletion, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the page by clicking this link. Once there, select the button that says Click here to contest this speedy deletion.
  2. This will take you to the talk page, where you can make your case by explaining why the page does not meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion.

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do. For further help about the deletion, you could contact the user who first placed the tag or a highly active user who is willingly to help with deletion. This message was left by a bot, so please do not contact the bot about the deletion. Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 12:49, 4 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

November 2012 edit

Hello, I'm Buggie111. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made to The C Programming Language, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Buggie111 (talk) 14:32, 7 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

"hard to read" is subjective. Can you help me to verify the fact about the quality. I can show you a screenshot. It is likely that the publisher put the wrong file in their shop. Epronk (talk) 14:45, 7 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
