Hello Environow,

Regarding moving your sandbox to the published title. Since the article already exists, your article cannot be moved to that title. The reason for this is that your version of the article was not created using the article that was already there, which breaks the pages' edit histories. However, what I can do to publish your draft "over the article" is to move your sandbox to Cool Earth 50 (program) then merge your page into Cool Earth 50. Would that be okay?
