I have moved Michael Charles Rockefeller to draft space, please use WP:AFC as in my opinion the subject in question is still not notable WP:TOSOON also could you please let me know who provided you the File:MichaelCharlesRockefeller.jpg which you have added to the article. Hi-the article about Michael Charles Rockefeller was interesting and well written. However, you need to move the punctuation from then end of the citations to the end of the sentences within the article. This is the format for aricles within Wikipedia.
