Hi Ellen, based on your user name and a quick Google search, I have a reasonable belief that you might work for a web design company that caters to actors, and that you previously edited under the username Stagedoordesigns. While Wikipedia does not prohibit paid editors from making changes to articles, Wikipedia considers paid advocacy, i.e. paid promotion of a subject, to be fundamentally against its core principles, and the community does not tolerate it. Some of the edits made by Stagedoordesigns like this one contained tone inappropriate for an encyclopedia that strongly strikes me as cutesy PR puff, "closet science geek...proud member of Mensa" and similar language was reintroduced by you in this edit. Please be sure that the content you submit conforms with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Articles must be written in a neutral point of view, must be supported by reliable sources, and must not serve to promote or elevate the subject. Frankly I think the Mensa thing inappropriately elevates the subject, but I'm holding off on removing it. Thanks, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 18:54, 8 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Can you please state whether you are in fact editing on behalf of anyone who is paying you, or a business you work for? The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 17:35, 13 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

While i do work for a company that works on actor websites, the work I did for Regan Mizrahi was only as a friend. We were not compensated for it. His parent asked if I could help her navigate how to update his wiki. If that is inappropriate, apologies. Didn't realize there were so many rules and guidelines around this.
