Thank you User:Darkness Shines. I been looking some rules over weekend. Pardon my English is not so good. Why I get accused of "personal attacks"? Eduardo Eddy Ramirez (talk) 15:30, 21 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi Eduardo, simple thing really, you need to comment only on the content of an article, not on the contributor. Follow that simple rule of thumb and you will be fine. I restored your edit of the date the conflict began, all I had to do was cite a source. Try and add a citation when you add new content, cheers. Darkness Shines (talk) 07:14, 23 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
Gracias Mr. Shines. I make sure to comment content, but I see one contributor (Keysanger) making all them. This seems to be going for years and he continues. Why nobody stop him?

The Mediation Committee has received a request for formal mediation of the dispute relating to "Causes of the War of the Pacific". As an editor concerned in this dispute, you are invited to participate in the mediation. Mediation is a voluntary process which resolves a dispute over article content by facilitation, consensus-building, and compromise among the involved editors. After reviewing the request page, the formal mediation policy, and the guide to formal mediation, please indicate in the "party agreement" section whether you agree to participate. Because requests must be responded to by the Mediation Committee within seven days, please respond to the request by 11 December 2016.
