He's claiming that "Larry" extorts people. Edf55, I concur with Matt Campbell. This behavior saying "you have no right" has to stop. Every edit you make here is irrevocably released under CC BY-SA 3.0 License. Anyone has a right to change your edits. If you're not comfortable with that, you are in the wrong place. --Hammersoft (talk) 17:08, 7 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Edit warring

edit

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. --Hammersoft (talk) 21:07, 7 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

ANEW

edit

Stop posting to WP:ANEW. An administrator has already disposed of the report. The only thing important for you is to understand what the administrator said so you don't find yourself sanctioned in the future.--Bbb23 (talk) 23:28, 7 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

A couple of things

edit

Hey. I see you got into a conflict with Matt Campbell which degenerated into an edit war after he was extremely rude to you here on your talk page. While I totally agree he was acting like a WP:DICK, I'd like to give you some friendly advice:

  1. Please respond and communicate in English. Yo entiendo español pero you'll look like you're being disruptive if you reply, even in an edit summary in Spanish on the English Wikipedia.
  2. Don't take Matt's bait and edit war. Let him be an autocrat and try to WP:OWN pages - but address that (the ownership) without getting in to an edit war. Look at the history of his talk page and numerous admins have warned him about WP:OWN and generally being extremely difficult to work with. Several of us have come to the conclusion that he fails WP:CIR.

I hope you receive with the good faith I intended. Toddst1 (talk) 04:56, 8 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Toddst1 thank you.Edf55 (talk) 07:53, 8 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for persistently making disruptive edits. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Bbb23 (talk) 16:38, 8 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

@Jmabel and Jeff G. help, they <redacted - do that again and you'll find your block extended and your access to this page revoked> and denounce me because I protect the users. Edf55 (talk) 16:42, 8 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 17:08, 8 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I wont do edit war. Please ask Jeff G. he knows Im good.

Decline reason:

(Because of the OUTing behavior, we should make this block indefinite, but see below.)
I'm sorry, but I cannot unblock you at this time. You have not adequately addressed the reason for your block.

Please see our policy on edit warring. In the event of a content dispute, editors are required to stop reverting, discuss, and seek consensus among editors on the relevant talk page. If discussions reach an impasse, editors can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution.

Points to ponder:

Edit warring is wrong even if one is right.
Any arguments in favor of one's preferred version should be made on the relevant talk page and not in an unblock appeal.
Calling attention to the faults of others is never a successful strategy; one must address one's own behavior.

To be unblocked, you must affirm an understanding of all of this, and what not to do, and what to do when in a content dispute. Thanks,   Dlohcierekim (talk) 01:43, 9 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Jeff G. please help me. He accuses me of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:OUT, but he has no proofs. I do not understand. I wont do edit war. I wont noticeboard. I do siesta and forget. I do not want to be denounced.Edf55 (talk) 10:22, 9 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
