Hi

edit

I noticed your post on User talk:Bishonen and took a look at your articles. I tidied them up a little to conform to the normal Wikipedia style. I also noticed that your images are tagged as unsourced, unless you change the tag on them, they will be deleted within seven days. They look as if they are screen captures. If they are, there is a copyright tag {{tv-screenshot}} that may be appropriate. Have fun editing Wikipedia! --GraemeL (talk) 17:26, 29 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Your request for administratorship

edit

Please withdraw. You are clearly a new user, and have demonstrated that you have no idea what your doing. If you truly wish to become an administrator I suggest you reapply after a year of consistent, competent editing. freestylefrappe 18:20, 29 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Pretending to be me and and engaging in sockpuppetry will not win you votes. You're blocked from editing Wikipedia for 24 hours. freestylefrappe 18:52, 29 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Take a step back

edit

You've clearly gotten off on the wrong foot here. That's fine--it happens. If you don't mind, I'd like to give you a little advice. First of all, as soon as your block wears off, withdraw your request for adminship--no one ever gets voted an admin until they've been here for at least a few months and done a fair amount of work on the place (usually a total of 2000 edits or so). I've been here for seven months and have 4000 edits and I'm not an admin. All you have to do that is cross out your acceptance <s>like this</s> and then write in next to or underneath it, "I withdraw. ~~~~." Once that's done, people will stop bugging you about it. Then, stick to minor edits of articles for a while and just read as much as you can of policy and similar things in the Wikipedia: namespace. Start with Wikipedia:Community Portal and work from there. We have a policy called Assume good faith--as long as people are clearly not malicious, we're happy to forgive a few mistakes. Good luck and happy editing. Chick Bowen 23:38, 29 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Your RFA has been closed because of the implausibility of its succeeding. This is a good thing; you can now concentrate on editing. Let me know if you have any questions. Chick Bowen 23:12, 30 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Short articles

edit

I'd look for a way to add content to existing articles rather than making new ones. I've deleted a few of your one-sentence stubs for having no useful content. For example, Fairies in Artemis Fowl might even be a usable topic for an article, but I'd put it in the main Artemis Fowl article for now, and split it out later if it becomes too large. test

edit

For impersonating another user at RFA, you get this {{test}} warning. - BanyanTree 23:16, 31 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Dynamic, you really have to stop doing this. This is the second time you've impersonated an administrator. Also, why are you trying to create redirects from the article space to your userpage? This is completely inappropriate. You need to get a better sense of how Wikipedia works; you might want to try the Wikipedia:Boot Camp. Chick Bowen 00:01, 2 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for uploading Image:Snhfh.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images on Wikipedia is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. You can get help on image copyright tagging from Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags. -- Carnildo 20:13, 2 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Block warning

edit

Would you actually like to get blocked? Stop trolling my page right now or it'll happen. Your IPs too. Sheesh, I was giving you a break in "forgetting" about your alternative identities. If you have any sense you'll not bother me again. Bishonen | talk 02:13, 4 February 2006 (UTC).Reply

Blocked

edit

So you don't have any sense, OK. You've been blocked for 24 hours. Don't bother to beg to be unblocked, it's not going to happen. If I catch you editing from somewhere else during this block, the block gets reset and the 24 hours start over. If you use this account for more trolling when you return, I'll block it permanently. Bishonen | talk 02:23, 4 February 2006 (UTC).Reply

Removing deceptive unblock template

edit

I have removed the fake plea by Dynamic that s/he "didn't do anything" and was "mistaken for someone else". Don't fall for this line; it's a lie which the person behind the account uses routinely in several incarnations. Dynamic, that pretense counts as trolling, see above. I'm only a hair's breadth from permablocking the Dynamic account right now, so please don't pull any more stunts. I'm protecting the page so you can't blank this warning. Sorry about that, I'd avoid embarrassing you if I could, but I know you'd only blank my explanation and re-post the template. Just wait for the block to expire, please, and you'll be able to use this cool name again. Bishonen | talk 03:20, 4 February 2006 (UTC).Reply

Permablocking

edit

OK, since you insist, the cool username is gone, this account has been permablocked. I'll do the same with the rest of your sockdrawer if I see them being pests. Bishonen | ノート 01:23, 21 March 2006 (UTC).Reply

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Snhfh3.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Snhfh3.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 05:34, 24 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
