Thanks Dweller
editThanks Dweller, it was indeed a mistake. I intended to revert back past the vandalism but chose the wrong version! - Vaughan 14:20, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
- No problem. Didn't seem like the edit of an established user! Have a good weekend. --Dweller 14:37, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
Hey there. Would you have any interest in contributing a suggestion or adding your support to the nomination of Derry City F.C. for featured article status? Cheers. Danny InvincibleTalk|Edits 02:44, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
Friendly reminder

- My apologoies. I know how that goes. I for many months (and still do) type all of my warnings manually. To quicken it usually utilise my CTRL+C and CTRL+V pretty efficiently but still i understand. Thanks for the explanation! -- Chrislk02 (Chris Kreider) 15:09, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

YechielMan's RFA
editThank you for participating in either of my unsuccessful requests for adminship. Although the experience was frustrating, it showed me some mistakes I was making, and I hope to learn from those mistakes.
Please take a few minutes to read User:YechielMan/Other stuff/RFA review and advise me how to proceed. Best regards. YechielMan 22:10, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

re:Vandal block
editCant say of the fortnight, I was kinda hibernating last month. Came back only a day earlier. But yeah, its a unusually quiet day, even prowling through RC isnt turning up enough prey. :D --soum (0_o) 15:51, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
OK
editOk, sorry I was harsh. However, i fail to understand how i was inaccurate. Please don't think I'm being rude to you, I just want to clear this up. Thanks, Christine118Maureen 15:52, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

I used to have other accounts, and they often had mean wikipedians attacking me. I used to be a vandal(yes, it is true!) but I'm not anymore because I want to do good work on wiki. Do you agree?
Haza
editHi Dweller, hope all is well with you. I see you redirected Haza which is probably a good and needed thing. But since it's up for AfD should we either close the AfD as delete which is so far unanimous, or hold on the redirect? I'm afraid that someone will be confused if they go to Haza, get the redirect and think I am trying AfD the redirected article. Just thought I'd ask. Thanks! JodyB talk 18:47, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
- Hi JodyB. I thought I closed the AfD before creating the redirect. It's the first AfD I've closed, so perhaps I got something wrong. --Dweller 19:09, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

my main concerns
edityou once asked. And they changed. ArbComm ruled that I am not allowed to gather evidences of admin right abuses. massive cross-posting
edithello Dweller, i have recently come across The Anonymous One (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) who has been cross-posting en-masse about a website he appears to frequent or associates with[1] - feigning concern for what is quite blatant advertising, most likely intended to increase traffic to the website. i don't know whether WP uses nofollow tags on user talk pages, but this advertising is extremely disruptive nonetheless. this may shed more light on the issue. ITAQALLAH 02:46, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
- thanks for your response, it looks like the issue has been brought up on AN/I already. ITAQALLAH 02:03, 10 June 2007 (UTC)
It was the least I could do, but he still has quite a ways to go to prove to me that it meets notability. We shall see what we shall see. Realkyhick 14:44, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- Agreed on all fronts. --Dweller 14:53, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
Cricket Barnstar
editI don't know who hands these out but our Bangladeshi friend 02blythed certainly deserves one. He's working his way through the Bangladesh first class cricketers list with great diligence and in the face of some early hassles from rather curt deletionist patrollers. These are obscure players who'd never get done without him and he deserves a pat on the back. I'm helping him out with some prose so it can't be from me. Can you arrange something? Nick mallory 11:46, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
- No problem. --Dweller 11:51, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks Dweller. Nick mallory 01:00, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Thankyou for honouring me with the cricket barnstar award. I am very pleased and honoured to have gained this reward and I also think that Nick mallory deserves some recognition for writing the prose for the articles and I believe that he deserves an award also as he has worked just as hard as me. Thanks 02blythed 19:56, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

Røde Microphones was deleted
editHi there,
I ask you to reconsider the deletion of Røde Microphones. I started the original article about a year ago (I have no connection to the company), and I didn't see how the article looked at the time of deletion. I was surprised by it being called non-notable. Mainly because just about every recording studio in the world has a Røde Microphone, and worldwide they are the biggest selling "condenser" (studio) mike there is. That alone should be enough notability. If you delete Røde, then you really have to delete every other brand of studio microphone from Wikipedia, as Røde is more prominent than all the others. Yeah, the article I created was short, it was only a stub, it could have been expanded with references, though it's harder to find references for products like professional studio microphones (or any microphones for that matter) as they are a specialised product. Is it possible to send the article to my user section so I can have a go at reworking it and look for references? Lester2 01:24, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
