Hiya welcome to english wikipedia! I am currently writing a page for Ditshwanelo and this led me to Draft:Alice Mogwe, since I was thinking to make a page for her and then found the draft via the photo you used. Would you like some help with the page? In any case I think you are well on the way to establishing notability for her. I can wait until you publish it or make some comments now, I don't mind. As a sidenote, just wanted to check, are you aware of WP:Women in Red? It's a friendly wikiproject dedicated to getting more articles about women on wikipedia. Hi! Since this user appears to be dormant and this draft has been sitting in limbo for around six months, but Mogwe should definitely have a page since she's president of the International Federation for Human Rights I'm going to just start from scratch and put together a more wikified translation from the French Wiki to start.
