The IP was blocked six years ago, not banned. Since you are new to Wikipedia, you may not be familiar with the distinction. As was noted, the vandal is probably not the same vandal as six years ago. Vandalism can be reported at WP:AIV. Robert McClenon (talk) 16:15, 10 December 2014 (UTC)
