Thank you for the re-edit and proof. I agree with most, but I want to revert two things.

• Engineers, the E should be capitalized as a name, but I probably should add a the in front of the name to indicate that it is a name.
• And I want to remove the a that you added in front of summer camp. It is not just a summer camp that any one can attend it is the summer camp for the national guard that is mentioned before the and. Luxomni 13:38, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
