editHi, from what I have found (see this link and this link) Fc Brittania XI has won 2nd division and earned promotion. According to this season 2013–14 Gibraltar Premier Division Gibraltar Phoenix are relegated. That is all I know. You will have to google it/look at twitter for more info.
