Hi. Thank you for your contribution of Image:ChrisPowell.jpg; I see in your talk history that you have received unofficial permission to use it. In order to verify permission to use the image, you will need to either have the copyright holder post a release at the source or have the copyright holder provide a release statement for the Wikimedia Foundation. The necessary procedure is documented at Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. In brief, if the copyright holder posts a statement at the site indicating that the image is released under GFDL or a compatible license, you should make note of that at the image talk page. You would need to make note at the talk page where on the site the release is posted, with a link to that release. Alternatively, you may get a release statement from the copyright holder at an e-mail address associated with the site to forward to the Communications Committee. There is a form letter for consent here. For images, there are several different tags that might apply, but the basic requirement is that the copyright holder must be willing to allow modification of the image and duplication, including for commercial purposes. If permission is not verified, the image is going to have to be deleted, as images of living persons do not meet the non-free content criteria. Hi,

- Yer i believe a school colleague of mine who has found out my password, a password I use for a number of things, Windows Live Messenger, Facebook, Gmail etc, was the one behind this, a number of rude e-mails were sent to my Address Book, as well as sending offensive messages and comments on Facebook and sending offensive comments on Windows Live Messenger.
