Hello, I'm Victor Schmidt. I noticed that you made a comment on the page Papier-mâché that didn't seem very civil, so it has been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. "go find a hobby muppet" isnt exactly WP:CIVIL. Most editors here consider Wikipedia to be (one of) their hobbies. Apology and resolution

edit

Hi, DCW. I just want to say I’m terribly sorry for the way I’ve treated you earlier. I fully understand the dispute I got ourselves into, I feel very guilty about it, so I’d like to calmly resolve it... I think the sentence you’ve tried to modify in Papier-mâché still needs a citation because I think the terms ‘not long’ and ‘shortly’ do not change how the sentence is said. The way the sentence was said indicated whoever typed it wasn’t sure of its statement, so it needs a citation. I didn’t know if you were trying to insert a reference in good-faith, but ClueBot and I misconceived it as vandalism, so ClueBot’s removal of your edit might have been a false positive, meaning it was a wrongful revert. I’ve decided to remove my warnings and keep your talk page the way you want it, but I’ve seen that you’ve made an uncivil comment against me in one of your edit summaries, so the caution Victor gave you is going to stand. I hope this clears this dispute. StormContent 21:15, 5 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
