I'm sorry. It just seemed like having such a broad topic redirect to a subtopic stub is a bad idea. Maybe we could get some people to put actual information about the salt trade in, instead of a silly redirect. 71.220.127.97 00:11, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

If you feel a seperate article is warranted, then by all means get rid of the redirect, and add a new article; but please don't just blank the page leaving nothing there. CB&I

I deleted the redirect as CB&I have not been associated with Praxair in a decade. I don't have time to write the article at the moment, but if you go to www.cbi.com/about/history.aspx you can see Praxair bought CB&I in 96 and floated it off in 97. To leave the redirect is deceptive. To simply blank the page is lazy. I chose the latter. Richardscott76

i removed that redirect because i added it at requested articles, if the redirect is in place it suggests that the article has been made and it that way nobody creates it. nl:Hepatotoxine, and still the chemical is not the same as the condition, please revert it. reg . I'm not an expert on the subject, but would've thought that most users would've found the redirect better than nothing. If you felt it wasn't, and was perhaps confusing, it could've been listed at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion, blanking the page but leaving it there is more likely to confuse readers.

I've knocked something together from the dutch article you mentioned, using machine-translation, then fixing the grammar - Its at my scratchpad (permanent link: [1]) - I've requested it be moved over the redirect - I see from your user-page that you speak both English and Dutch, and from your comment I assume you know more about this subject than me (not hard) - perhaps you'll be able to improve the article.
