Request reason:

I was asked to create a Wiki page for my work on behalf of a client. I was unaware at the time of the guidelines of promoting/advertising a company. I am now working as a freelancer and have been asked to keep a wikipedia page up to date with the correct biography information for a new client. Due to the autoblock given for the original offence I am now unable to carry out my clients request. The page I need to be able to edit is for Salih Yoluc, racing driver. Now that I am fully aware of the guidelines I can assure you that no further infringements will be made from this day forward. I look forward to hearing back and hopefully having the block lifted. Decline reason:

You are not autoblocked, you are blocked directly. If you haven't already, you will need to review and comply with WP:COI and WP:PAID(compliance with the latter is a Wikipedia Terms of Use requirement for paid editors). Those policies will describe why it is problematic for you to edit about your clients, and you won't be unblocked if that is all you want to do here.
