Dav2z, are you really from St-Casimir? I have been there a few times, it is a really cute little town. I hunted it down a couple of years ago when I saw a house for sale on mls.ca. I would like to ask you a few questions about St-Casimir, like why are the taxes so high for such inexpensive properties, and is the riverfront area truly flood-prone. The first time that I went to St-Casimir in the summertime, the river was so dry that you could walk across it like the parting of the Red Sea. I tried to email you, but apparently I can't email you (turned off?). Please write to me if you can. Je parle francais, mais pas tres bien. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
