As mentioned on my talk page, I only conduct discussions via email if there is a compelling reason to do so. Your link was removed per policies outlined in WP:EL and WP:SPAM. Regarding your comparisons to Skype, etc; they are listed in the "See also" section because they are notable enough to warrant their own articles, unlike the company you added to the external links section.
