Welcome

edit

Hello DamnOscar08 and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your contributions, such as the ones to Dakhla Airport, do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox (but beware that the contents of the sandbox are deleted frequently) rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a Help desk, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! ―Justin (koavf)TCM 19:59, 31 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Continued vandalism will result in a block. ―Justin (koavf)TCM 19:59, 31 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
Given what you did to the Southern Provinces article, I will reiterate what Koavf said: continued POV pushing will not be tolerated. M.Bitton (talk) 12:25, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

edit

  You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Southern Provinces. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. M.Bitton (talk) 12:26, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

You literally started, i added, i didn't remove
You can't remove my work, so you basically started the edit war
You are the one who removed so you started DamnOscar08 (talk) 12:31, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
You are a liar! You removed the content that doesn't suit your nationalist agenda and replaced it with your POV. M.Bitton (talk) 12:33, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
I added like 2,746 bits you can't say i removed,
I removed the parts that have repeated a lot of times. DamnOscar08 (talk) 12:39, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Like I said, you removed the content that doesn't suit your nationalist agenda and replaced it with your POV. M.Bitton (talk) 12:40, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Nah, youre just for the rebeles separatist movement,
Nobody supports Western Sahara nowadays, youre just the only who supports this kind of biased movement without meaning. DamnOscar08 (talk) 12:45, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Nobody supports Western Sahara nowadays There's your nationalist agenda in all its glory! M.Bitton (talk) 12:48, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
The United States, Israel, The Arab League, The European Union, Most of the countries in Asia, Africa, Aemrica, Oceania ALL OVER THE WORLD, a few countries nowadays support it and the countries that support the separatist movement are corrupted and poor. DamnOscar08 (talk) 12:53, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

  You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary, as you did at Laayoune TV. M.Bitton (talk) 12:38, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 2 weeks for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: .  ~ ToBeFree (talk) 13:36, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

There will be no warning before the next block, and that block won't expire automatically, if there is any further edit warring after the current block. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 13:38, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

pls unblock me DamnOscar08 (talk) 17:40, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Unblock me because you have to DamnOscar08 (talk) 18:16, 7 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. 331dot (talk) 19:41, 7 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the unblock template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I want to get unbanned, i won't do vandalism anymore. DamnOscar08 (talk) 17:08, 5 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

This unblock request has been declined due to your history of vandalism and/or disruption to this encyclopedia. However, we are willing to give you another chance provided that you can earn back the trust of the Wikipedia community. To be unblocked you need to demonstrate and confirm that you are willing and able to contribute positively to Wikipedia. You can do this by:

Once you have decided on the article you will propose improvements to:

    1. Click the Edit tab at the top of that article;
    2. Copy the portion of the prose from that article that you will be proposing changes to. However:
      • do not copy the "infobox" from the start of the article (i.e., markup like this: ...),
      • do not copy any image placement code (i.e., markup like this: ),
      • do not copy the page's categories from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this: ),
      • and do not copy the stub tag (if there) from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this: Foo stub);
    3. Click edit at your talk page and paste at the bottom under a new section header (like this: == Article title ==) the copied content but do not save yet;
    4. Place your cursor in the edit summary box and paste there an edit summary in the following form which specifies the name of the article you copied from and links to it (this is required for mandatory copyright attribution): "Copied content from exact Name of Article; see that article's history for attribution."
    5. You can now save the page. However, if your edits have any citations to reliable sources (which they should), add the following template to the end of your prose: reflist-talk. Once you have added the template, click Publish changes.
  • Now, edit that content. Propose significant and well researched improvements by editing the selected portion of the article. Please note that we are not looking for basic typo corrections, or small unreferenced additions; your edits should be substantial, and reflect relevant policies.
  • When you are done with your work, re-request unblocking using unblock and an administrator will review your proposed edits.
    • If we (including the original blocking admin) are convinced that your proposed edits will hopefully improve Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, you will be unblocked.

If you need help while working with your proposed edits, you may add "your question here ~~~~" to your talk page. Thank you. Yamla (talk) 17:17, 5 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I did nothing wrong, i think someone unjustly reported me for vandalism because i kept modifying the page and correct their mistakes, but he kept reporting for absolutely no reason he said that: Western Sahara was a state, but i said that it wasn't. This ended up making an edit war that he won and i lost Please unblock me, why i'm banned and he's not banned, he's also complicit of the edit war DamnOscar08 (talk) 10:23, 18 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

See WP:NOTTHEM. You will also need to indicate and explain why you seem to be rejecting the pathway Yamla offered you(or make use of it). I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 13:56, 18 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
