Speedy deletion nomination of Dr. Mohammad Reza Zafarqandi

A tag has been placed on Dr. Mohammad Reza Zafarqandi, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Hello Damavand. Please, when creating new articles, try to explain what is the subject of your writing, and don't forget to cite reliable sources. I assume the articles nominated for deletion above deals with notable personalities of public life in Iran, however, I'm not sure (all the information we have now is very vague - a name and a photo) and therefore I can't help you.
