Hello, Daisychild, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Hi Daisychild! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at In vitro fertilisation that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Hi @Kj cheetham! Thank you for informing me about this. I will be sure to do this moving forward. Is there a way to change the way I published this particular change to remove the "minor edit" label? Thank you!

Hi, it's not possible to change past edits, but I wouldn't worry! It's just something to bare in mind in the future. :) -Kj cheetham (talk) 15:36, 5 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
