Speedy deletion nomination of '''Abdul Malek'''

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on '''Abdul Malek''' requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Dawnseeker2000 16:08, 1 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Siraj requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Removing Speedy at Abdul Malek

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia, thank you for taking the time to create a page here. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you created yourself. Because Wikipedia policy does not allow the creator of the page to remove deletion tags, an automated program has replaced the deletion tag you removed from Abdul Malek. Please do not continue to remove the deletion tag, instead, if you disagree with the deletion, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the page by clicking this link. Once there, select the button that says Click here to contest this speedy deletion.
  2. This will take you to the talk page, where you can make your case by explaining why the page does not meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion.

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do. For further help about the deletion, you could contact the user who first placed the tag or a highly active user who is willingly to help with deletion. This message was left by a bot, so please do not contact the bot about the deletion. Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 16:43, 1 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Abdul Malek. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 16:44, 1 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did at Abdul Malek, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 16:58, 1 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Reported to AIV

edit

Hi Daadnepleon, this is a notice to let you know that I have reported the issue of you removing speedy deletion templates to administrators. An administrator should assess the report in a short while, and they will take any appropriate actions. Please wait for an administrator before taking any further actions yourself. Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 17:01, 1 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Warning and advice

edit

If you are to edit Wikipedia, you must obey our rules, and listen to warnings you get on your talk page. You must not remove speedy-deletion notices from pages you have created. If you do it again, you will be blocked from editing with no further warning.

Articles that are put into the encyclopedia when they do not have enough information to say why their subject is important or significant are speedily deleted. The article creation page gave you a helpful suggestion: "You can also start your new article at Special:Mypage/####. There, you can develop the article with less risk of deletion; ask other editors to help work on it; and move it into "article space" when it is ready." Another way to do that is to go to Help:Userspace draft.

Before you try again, please read WP:Your first article, particularly the section "Things to avoid". Article subjects have to be WP:Notable, which is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject."

You have been blocked from editing for a period of three days for disruptive editing - continually removing speedy deletion notices despite warnings. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. JohnCD (talk) 21:54, 1 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

You cannot evade the rules by logging out before removing a speedy notice. While you are blocked, please read what I wrote above under the heading "Warning and advice." If you do not understand it, ask someone to translate it for you.

I am afraid that the Bir Protik alone is not enough for a Wikipedia article, as it is the fourth level of decoration. Wikipedia's standard at WP:MILPEOPLE requires the highest-level award, or multiple awards of the second-level one. If you think that Abdul Malek meets Wikipedia's WP:Notability requirement for other reasons, please make an article by means of Help:Userspace draft, and do not put it into the encyclopedia until it is complete, to avoid early deletion again. If you put in an article and it is again tagged for speedy deletion, you must not remove the tag, but follow the instructions on it.

Did you know that there is a Bengali language Wikipedia at http://bn.wikipedia.org/wiki/? JohnCD (talk) 22:05, 1 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
