Minor edits

Thank you for your edit to caret but it was certainly not a WP:minor edit. In a nutshell, a minor edit is trivial change to spelling or grammar. Size does not matter: to change "now" to "not" or vice versa is a one letter change that is certainly not minor. No harm done, just an FYI. 𝕁𝕄𝔽 (talk) 16:35, 26 January 2023 (UTC)

Thanks for your gentle, and helpful, admonishment — I thought it was still 'minor' if I'd only recast the text (for clarity) rather than reworded it. I've now re-read the 'WP:minor edit' article, and will use 'Minor Edit' more judiciously! DHW1947 (talk) 20:18, 6 February 2023 (UTC)
