"Question marks"

Hello, I just want to inform you that the characters you removed from the NEC article on the basis of being "vandal type question marks" were in fact Japanese kanji characters. The reason you saw them as question marks could be that your computer lacks the proper rendering support. You can find help to solve this problem here. - x-Flare-x 19:41, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

"Red Links"

I noticed you made a change to the Nineveh article that caused "Adad Gate" to become a red link to an artcle that does not exist. What is the purpose links like this?
