Wikipedia:Confirmed users and Wikipedia:Autoconfirmed users

I have reverted your good faith edits to Wikipedia:User access levels, and posted to Wikipedia talk:User access levels#Wikipedia:Confirmed users and Wikipedia:Autoconfirmed users. I know Wikipedia has a be bold saying but I'm afraid you are a little too bold here. Why not start smaller and learn more about the English Wikipedia before trying to create new process pages? fair use image

Please read WP:SIG and WP:FAIRUSE again: a) don't upload images simply because you can; b) don't use images in signatures, moreover don't use fair use images at any page except "mainspace articles".
