Request reason:
(1)Fellow admins, I would like to bring it to your kind notice that I am new to Wikipedia still I have contributed lot for Wiki in various languages. If my action has created a problem I apologize for the same and request for an unblock! (2) I know I should not threaten or harass other editors. Actually,the message I sent in Talk of User:Teraiboy99 was not a harassment or threat by me. I had written it with the prospective that he should not make disruptive edits on one of the most popular pages of the country as it may create mis-understanding in Mass-public. Actually I was unknown with WP:TWINKLE and other policies of Wikipedia. I had requested protection for Nepali Congress. In mean time my request would be acceptable, the user made other disruptive edits on same article. This took me to a situation of what to do. I moved the article to draft so that it wouldn't create confusion in public. Later, I understood and reverted my step myself. I added a sock poppet investigation on that user and he was proved sock poppet. (3) I am non native English speaker. The warning I had sent in his talk was not a Legal threats. I didn't mean it! I ment I would complain the "authority" which as per me is admin's team and sock poppet investigation team of Wikipedia. I didn't mean any other thing and giving problem to that user. Yes, I thought Wikipedia is strict on providing only true and referenced information to public so it would block such sock poppet with all disruptive edits within a day! I may be wrong, so I won't repeat above things if I get unblocked. I expect you understood what I am saying. 4)Lastly, I would like to assure you that I am sorry for what I did lastly. Please keep in your notice that I would like to contribute more to Wiki in a healthier way in upcoming days. From next time, if unblocked now I will work in co-ordination with a senior editor or read policies of Wikipedia before any big step to be taken. Thank-you! To be clear the part of this that I considered harassment was you telling a logged in user that you had their IP. "I have catched your IP and its traced." The rest was not much of a concern once I realized by "authorities" you meant admins.
I did notice that you reversed your disruptive move prior to being blocked. It was still disruptive but does mitigate my concerns.

- The request is not perfect, but I don't think we should demand perfect PAG-based promises from editors who haven't had the time to learn them. As HighInBC says, the disruptive move was reverted by Curious himself before anyone had noticed it, suggesting he had realised that was a bad idea all his own. He let himself get baited by a sockmaster that created multiple socks to EW with him across articles, including with usernames apparently targeted to racially taunt him (User:Teraiboy99). Curious has acknowledged his mistakes in conversation with me above, and was even willing to agree to a topic ban in an area that he feels strongly about. More importantly, he's welcomed advice and guidance, and I intend to watch over his contributions for a period and provide him feedback, as well as advising him on best courses of action in handling disputes and adhering to content policies. Okay I am going to accept the apology and the promise to behave better at face value. As Usedtobecool points out Unblocks are cheap and so are re-blocks. I would like to be able to provide feedback and advice based on your editing, and answer questions if you have any.
