WWII template edit
I reverted your recent edit to the WWII template. Both the flag order and the leaders have previously been agreed upon. The flag order is based on military contribution and the leaders are based on only the most important leaders of each side. --PlasmaTwa2 02:12, 24 April 2011 (UTC)

French titles for English-language TV shows edit
This is the English Wikipedia. There is no reason to include the French-language titles of TV shows in articles unless the show had originally been produced in French. There are interwiki links to the French Wikipedia articles of shows that have entries in French Wikipedia. Merci. --Gridlock Joe (talk) 22:29, 18 December 2011 (UTC)

Doesn't matter that Canada is officially bilingual, the show wasn't made in French.
I understand the Québec titles are sometimes different than those used in metropolitan France. If you'd like to add the Québec titles to the French Wikipedia articles, feel free. It's already been done to the article concerning Les Vies rêvées d'Erica Strange:
- Les Vies rêvées d'Erica Strange ou Les Vies rêvées d'Érica au Québec (Being Erica) est une série télévisée canadienne, ...

Please do not add French names to articles of English Wikipedia. Such edits are considered as controversial and quickly undone. In particular, if one reverted your changes, according to the Wikipedia:CYCLE (etit and revert = discuss and consensus), must be discuss and consensus for new changes. Working languages edit
Hey Counny, I actually don't believe it's correct that the working languages of the UN are (only) English and French. That's true of the secretariat, but other areas of the United Nations use six working languages.[1][2] It seems like it would overly clutter the lead to add all six languages, especially when this is also already in the infobox. Hi,
I've noticed that you've made a few edits in which you've added French names to certain articles which don't need them and removed German names from articles that do need them (E.g. Vaud). I've reverted these edits. The translations can already be easily accessed through the interwiki links. Vaud (Waad) needs to have German as well because German is also a Swiss language and is official in two cantons which border Vaud. --Île flottante (talk) 08:01, 8 August 2016 (UTC)

Tout comme le Canada un pays fédéral, il y a deux langues officielles, le français et l'anglais au niveau fédéral. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous faites vos remarques en français. Celle-ci étant la version anglophone, il est d'usage de communiquer en langue anglaise. Étant citoyen et habitant du Canton de Vaud je peux confirmer que la langue officielle de notre Canton est le français, mais la Suisse est un pays majoritairement germanophone et donc beaucoup d'ouvrages utilisent le nom allemand lorsqu'ils parlent dudit Canton. Bonsoir, si je vous écris en français, c'est pour éviter toute ambiguïté. Je comprends très bien de préciser la présence des autres dialectes, mais uniquement entête de l'article seul la langue officielle importe. Plus bas dans l'article, il est toujours possible de préciser les autres langues. Pourquoi ne pas créer une section des langues parlées au canton de Vaud ?
