Hi, could you add a reference for the statement "On March 14, Testing strategy shifted to only elderly, severely ill, and healthcare personnel. It is announced by Dr. Sotiris Tsiodras. (Because of that we see only +20% on March 14)."
This change of strategy will of course dramatically affect the Greek statistics and arguably reduce the ability to track viral spread. It could be useful to add references to any expert opinion about this strategy.

I have heard it on tv news and I added because it affect the Greek statistics. Dr. Tsiodras said "Σήμερα θεσπίστηκαν αυστηρά εργαστηριακά κριτήρια για τον έλεγχο συμπολιτών μας στα νοσοκομεία, ο οποίος θα γίνεται για ασθενείς που εμφανίζουν πνευμονία και νοσηλεύονται ή ανήκουν σε ευπαθείς ομάδες του πληθυσμού. Δεν συστήνεται εργαστηριακός έλεγχος για το νέο κορονοϊό στα δημόσια νοσοκομεία, σε ασυμπτωματικούς πολίτες ή πολίτες με ήπια συμπτώματα της ίωσης, οι οποίοι θα πρέπει να παραμένουν σπίτι τους."
