Proposed deletion of David Gill (economist)

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article David Gill (economist), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Doesn't meet WP:ACADEMIC. Largely edited by SPA. Zero Gnews hits. Tagged since Sep 2007. None of the footnotes are to independent sources.
