Hendersons

No, I don't think I really want to get into Scottish genealogy any more than necessary (despite the bit of 19th-century heather hanging framed on my mother's wall). I actually came upon the John Henderson 5th of Fordell page because I wrote an article on a notable scoundrel named Andrew Cochrane-Johnstone He was a cousin to one of the Hendersons, the fifth baronet, who looks like he might deserve an article also. Thus, I was confused when I came across this other Henderson also being referred to as the "Fifth of Fordell". Regards, Brianyoumans (talk) 15:08, 19 March 2014 (UTC)

• The connection between Andrew Cochrane-Johnstone and John Henderson is pretty simple, actually - their mothers were both Stuarts, and were sisters. They were first cousins.
