Breaking cats

Chris, your edit here broke the link to an existing cat. It's a hyphen/dash issue, but since the cat is still at Category:United States attack aircraft 1960-1969, I've reverted that change. Thanks. - BilCat (talk) 11:46, 28 September 2011 (UTC)

I thought that AWB might be the problem. As to the cats being renamed, I have no idea. I don't generally use cats, but I noticed the redlink. The issue was being discussed here and here, if you want to take a look. - BilCat (talk) 12:00, 28 September 2011 (UTC)

Slightly confusing edits

I saw your edits like this and given the edit summary, "unlinking common words" I thought that you were delinking the provinces. However, after looking at the article I'm not so sure. If you look at the linked page there are now three different types. There is "Sept-Îles, Quebec", "Île aux Coudres, Quebec" and "Val-d'Or, Quebec", which give the page a rather odd look. Wouldn't it have been better, and easier, to just change all instances of "Quebec" to "Quebec"? CambridgeBayWeather (talk) 23:53, 30 September 2011 (UTC)

But there are still some where both the town and the province are linked separately. I was thinking of moving the province into its own separate column but keeping them unlinked. CambridgeBayWeather (talk) 16:03, 1 October 2011 (UTC)
Sorry I didn't realise that you had been through them a second time to fix it. CambridgeBayWeather (talk) 17:09, 1 October 2011 (UTC)

Léogâne with accent marks

In the same vein, why are we restoring accent marks which don't really exist in English (and not easily on the average English keyboard)? I thought the MOS had done away with this sort of thing. Student7 (talk) 19:21, 2 October 2011 (UTC)

Thanks!
