W&M edit

From a quick look at your edits, they look fine to me. You explained reasons for your reverts and tried to direct discussion over any points of controvercy to the talk page. Partisan bickering will arise from time to time, but you seem to have handled things well. Feel free to ask for help from others if there's a continuing significant problem. good eye! edit

*sigh*, another arm hair gone...found the same problem but in a different part of the regex. i just checked through the entire thing, if it happens again i'm going to revert back to an older regex - these are all relatively new complaints. thanks for looking out for my bot. Chicken Wings disambiguation page edit

Hi Cka3n! I thought the Chicken Wings disambiguation page was removed and replaced by a redirection to Buffalo Wings because the link to the comic was an external link only. But now there is a Wikipedia Article on the comic and the link points there. I thought it would make sense to recreate a disambiguation page now.

I might want to add that there are similar disambituation pages, like for the comic Ctrl+Alt+Del for instance.

Hi-Fives for Moss! edit

As promised, here are seven hi-fives for answering my question about moss. A simple answer that makes sense. Hi-fives for Cka3n! -Taco325i 18:01, 30 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Kappa Alpha Disambiguation edit

Yes, you're right. I simply got "in the groove" in my disambiguations—looks like it was more "in a rut," though. Thanks for correcting my blunder(s). —ScouterSig 04:03, 4 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

3RR edit

Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing at Gene R. Nichol. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. 22:41, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

Observation

I noticed that these three users all identically blank their talk pages after warnings and have been repeatedly adding the same or similar content to Gene R. Nichol, keeping you busier, to borrow a phrase, than a one-armed paper hanger reverting them. — Athænara 22:52, 10 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

response edit

Thanks edit

Just to say thanks for reverting all the recent vandalism to University College London.LordHarris 21:45, 11 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
