Request reason:

HELP!! I WANT UNBLOCK

Decline reason:

Your activities are pure vandalism. Wikipedia is not a game or a toy. In order to protect the project, the block stands (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 13:43, 11 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You have been blocked from editing your talkpage due to abuse of the unblock process. You may still contest any current block by e-mailing unblock-en-l, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.

Note that further frivolous unblock requests may (very likely will) lead to your ability to edit your talk page being revoked. -- Pakaran 13:45, 11 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Note

This account was used by a legitimate Wikipedia editor who contributed before February 2002, and was subsequently taken over by a vandal. This was possible because the account was abandoned by its original owner after Wikipedia converted to phase II software (which became MediaWiki) in late January 2002. Since the only way for the original user with this name to gain access to this account is by developer intervention, this account should remain indefinitely blocked.
