For the same reason as above, Тарбагатай, Тарбагатайский район Восточно-Казахстанской области, and Ақсуат are not acceptable as articles. If you wish to contribute to English Wikipedia please do so in English: there are many other Wikipedias in other languages to which you may contribute, such as Russian Wikipedia.
