Chemical Structures

edit

Hello there! I was wondering what program you use for your chemical structures. Some of the ones on Wikipedia are pretty bad and I'd love to help out. Sir Trenzalore (talk) 22:52, 5 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello Sir Trenzalore, I use ChemDraw to create my chemical structural formulas and reaction equation. Hope I could help you further. Best regards, Chem Sim 2001 (talk) 06:48, 6 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Little circles

edit

Please omit the circles around charges. Journals dont use them usually, so we follow that pattern. BTW, since you are trying to learn some chem, your picture of NaOPh is fine for 99% of the time, but we hard-core chemists know that the real situation is messy. --Smokefoot (talk) 19:15, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello Smokefoot, thanks for that information. I didn´t know that and I think you can revert my edit at the sodium phenoxide article, if you want. I only tried to improve the structure since the old one looked a bit to small. Best regards, Chem Sim 2001 (talk) 19:41, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
Hey youre doing a good job. Just keep those cute circles under control. --Smokefoot (talk) 20:14, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
I will! Thanks for your compliment! Have a nice evening, Chem Sim 2001 (talk) 20:24, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
