Hello, I'm IronGargoyle. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Jadyn Wong  with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. IronGargoyle (talk) 22:05, 26 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please do not blank pages, as you did to Jadyn Wong with this edit, because it is considered vandalism; instead, use the sandbox for testing. If you think the page should be deleted, see here for what to do. Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 18:01, 17 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please note that you do not get to blank Wikipedia pages, and you do not get to make legal threats against other Wikipedians. Listing the wrong birthday for a person isn't a thing that any real court would ever seriously grant anyone a libel suit for anyway — it's not a serious violation of any libel or slander law, but just a minor, inconsequential and easily corrected error that no part of the legal system would ever treat as an actionable claim. I have removed the content in question because it's not actually supported by the claimed source — that source does say "May 11", but fails to actually support "1985".
We do have processes in place by which erroneous information can be corrected in our articles, but you need to approach the matter in a more professional and respectful and collaborative manner than you did in this instance. And please be aware that you can actually be blocked from editing Wikipedia if you continue to handle edit disputes the way you handled this one. Thanks. Bearcat (talk) 18:12, 17 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
