Hello, Catkil, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Classmate notes from @Cmustudent117

edit
  • I remember looking at the previous version of this article and it definitely seems a lot stronger.
  • I think that the section with Benefits and Costs can still be stronger. It seems very high level and it would be nice to even throw in some examples. For instance in the costs, what are those ideal conditions that are required
  • In the theoretical perspectives on diversity, I would link intergroup bias to their Wikipedia page if they have one. If they don't it would be nice to have a quick definition of that.
  • In the first section, it says "see Input Process Output Model" but it does not link to anything which I think was the point
  • Overall, I enjoyed looking at it because how much of a huge change there was from before and after!
  • Let me know if you have any questions about my notes — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cmustudent117 (talkcontribs) 18:55, 2 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
