If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- I can't see a block - what message are you getting when you try to edit? Peridon (talk) 15:26, 24 March 2014 (UTC)

Request reason:
So, it took me forever, but I finally figured this out. I have not been blocked but my IP has been blocked. When I try to edit I get "Editing from 107.161.176.0/20 has been blocked..." and then some message about a Proxy. I do not know what this means. Suggestions?

- It sounds like you're caught in a block of an open proxy. You'll need to follow the procedure at WP:IP block exemption, I think. - The Bushranger One ping only 07:48, 27 April 2014 (UTC)
- It's probably better to ask the blocking admin to comment User:Elockid - I'll leave him a note. Ronhjones (Talk) 23:23, 28 April 2014 (UTC)
Is there a reason why you're editing using a webhost? The template explains why webhosts are blocked. If you want to edit, you will need to disable your proxy. If you need to edit through a webhost, you may be given IP block exemption. But an actual need such as bypassing government censorships (this typically requires verification) is required. Please note that reasons such as personal preference reasons or editing through webhosts/proxies for the sake of privacy are typically not valid reasons for the right to be added.
