Proposed deletion of LiveJasmin

edit

The article LiveJasmin has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

1) Article does not meet notability requirements. Aside from alexa rank (which I would infer is inflated due to a large pop-up ad campaign) there are only two things that are 'notable':

1) Winning an xBiz award. I would argue this is not notable considering the xbiz awards wiki page itself has come under review for notability, so how can one award from one year on a questionably notable award group be considered notable itself. 2) Mention via song by a rapper. One mention in one song, by one person is simply not enough.

Further from what I can see, aside from the info box on the right, everything else is either opinion or not factual. For example, via a quick review awempire is their affiliate group not their owner. Also, via a scan of the history page, this page has been victim of various bits of vandalism and self-promotion.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
