This is regarding Wikipedia:Village pump (miscellaneous)#User requesting password. The IP wrote the username and clicked "E-mail new password" at the login screen. The old password will still work. Just ignore it. It often happens and is no security risk when they cannot read the mail. PrimeHunter (talk) 21:13, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
